今日は、ナナコの授業参観。1時間目〜3時間目まで、図工、算数、懇親会と出席してきました。
私を見つけるなり、"はっ"とした顔をして、後はチラチラ見てはにんまりのナナコ。あ〜、来てよかった。
ななこは近視なので、席は1番前。授業にも落ち着いてしっかり取り組んでいました。たま〜に、席を離れて後ろの男の子とふざけそうになっていたけれど、私が目で合図すると、すぐに席に着いて…クラスの雰囲気ものびのびしていて、ななこは、中では落ち着いているように見えました。
「ななこちゃんはとても利口なお子さんです。心をこめて、うまく関わる大人がいることは、とても大事ですね。どこにだしても恥ずかしくないよう、またホームを出た後、自活できるよう、家庭体験を沢山させてあげてください」と愛妻家の担任の先生。
温かい先生と仲良しのお友達に囲まれて、ななこは幸せだなと安心しました。
Today is Nanako’s class observation day. From the first to third period of the classes, I have attended her art class, arithmetic, and the convivial gathering.
As soon as she found me, Nanako looked surprised, and later stole glances at me and smiled. Ooh, I am glad I came here.
Since Nanako is near-sighted, her desk is in the very front of the classroom. She was very calm when dealing with her class. Sometimes she was about to leave from her desk and play around with a boy behind her. But as soon as I made eye contact with her, she sat down right away…. The classroom atmosphere was unconstrained and Nanako looked very calm.
“Nanako is a very smart child. It’s very important for her to have the adults who get involved with her well and wholeheartedly. Please let her experience the hearthstone a lot, to let her become decent and be able to sustain herself after leaving from the foster house.” Said Nanako’s teacher who is a devoted husband.
I felt relieved Nanako was happy being surrounded by a warm-hearted teacher and good friends.
