「私は３人の子どもがいるので、幼稚園・小・中・高とPTA役員を15年続け活動しました。たくさんの子ども達と関わり、やはり乳幼児期の愛情や家庭環境が重要だと痛感する場面に何度も遭遇してきました。
今は自分の孫達をかつてボランティアで訪れていた養護施設の当時の子ども達と重ね合わせてしまいがちです。そして、家族が一緒にいられること、何気ない平凡な日常が幸せであることに感謝しています。
親と一緒には暮らせないけど、一人でも多くの子ども達が笑顔で日々過ごせる様に、微力ですが大阪の片隅から応援させていただきますm(__)m」
Since I have three children, I served on PTA committees through the kindergarten, elementary school, junior high, and high school years of my children and volunteered for 15 years. I got involved with so many children and encountered the situations which made me deeply feel that the love and family environment is very important in a child’s early years.
I tend to identify my grandchildren as the children who were living in the orphanage which I was visiting as a volunteer at the time. And I appreciate the happiness of the simple and common daily life routine and being with my family.
Although they may not be able to live with their parents, I will support to the best of my ability as many children as I can to live their daily lives with a smile from Osaka city.
